One contact, four areas of expertise working together
Website, SEO, print, automation: when everything comes from the same place, everything moves in the same direction.
A consistent identity, project after project
Your clients find you on Google, on a flyer, on your website — and two years later, on a new campaign. The visual and editorial thread holds together. If you don't have the time or budget for a full overhaul, we pick up where we left off, not from scratch.
An identity that holds over time. We pick up where we left off, not from scratch.
One brief, one number, one invoice
One point of contact who handles everything: a website to redo, a Google listing to optimise, a T-shirt or business card to reprint. You explain your business once. One clear quote, straightforward invoicing, no back-and-forth between suppliers.
One contact, one quote, one invoice. You explain your business once.
When something needs to move, you know who to call
A campaign to launch next week. A logo tweak. A supplier pushing you on a deadline. No time to wait five business days: WhatsApp, phone, email — reply the same day.
WhatsApp, phone, email. Reply the same day, not in business days.
About
The Kimoun spirit

kimoun.com has been online since 2003 — originally a Caribbean directory launched by Olivier Watte. Today, Kimoun is his professional practice, serving businesses, associations, craftspeople, and project founders in Guadeloupe and across the Caribbean. Oliver — as he goes by — brings 25 years of experience in digital transformation (ExxonMobil in France and Italy, L’Atelier BNP Paribas, Mediaserv acquired by Canal+ Overseas in the French Caribbean, then founding IPEOS in Guadeloupe), including 20 years on the ground in the French West Indies.
Best practices are not reserved for large organisations. The approach is simple: one bilingual point of contact, a close working relationship, and a coherent vision across communications, web, digital printing, and internet services — designed to serve your business, not complicate it.

What they say after working with us
Feedback from our clients in Guadeloupe — web, print, visual identity. Different needs, one consistent approach: understand, propose, deliver.
What you gain
What Kimoun changes in your day-to-day
A website that works, a local presence that gets noticed, materials that pay off, a budget that stays on track.
Enquiries that actually come in
A website, a Google listing, and print materials all designed to trigger the call, the message, or the visit. Not a static showcase nobody looks at.
Visibility that reaches your clients
In Guadeloupe, across the French Caribbean, or remotely — we build your online presence to be found where your clients actually search.
Deliverables that stay useful
Every website, visual, or printed piece is designed to remain useful long after launch. No forgotten flyers, no abandoned website six months down the line.
A clear budget, no surprises
A precise quote, a defined scope, announced deadlines. You know what you’re paying for, what you’ll receive, and when — before you sign.
Our commitments
Concrete promises, for every project
Four commitments that hold, project after project. Not vague principles — verifiable things, written into the quote, respected at delivery.
Precise quote within 48 business hours
No 'it depends', no 'we'll see'. A clear figure, a written scope, a committed timeline. If we can't do it, we tell you upfront — not halfway through the project.
A weekly project check-in
15 minutes together to see where things stand, confirm the next steps, and unblock anything stalling. No silent tunnel, no surprise at delivery.
Deadline set before work begins
The go-live or print delivery date is agreed in the quote. It doesn't slip — unless you change the scope, and we revalidate it together.
Support available after delivery
Once the project is delivered, we're still here — a new photo, a price update: we handle it. You're not left alone with a website nobody looks after.
Indicative pricing
A starting point for your budget
Every project is different — these ranges give you a first reference. A precise quote is free and no-commitment.

Questions we get asked before getting started
The concrete questions and concerns that come up before people contact us. If yours isn’t listed here, let’s talk directly — a quick conversation is usually worth more than a long page.
kimoun.com was registered that year by Olivier Watte to launch a Caribbean directory. The current legal structure is more recent (sole trader, with a move to a limited company planned), but the expertise behind it is not: Oliver brings 25 years in digital transformation (ExxonMobil in France and Italy, L’Atelier BNP Paribas, Mediaserv acquired by Canal+ Overseas, then founding IPEOS in Guadeloupe) and 20 years on the ground in Guadeloupe. The business is reachable every working day, with one identified point of contact, a weekly project check-in, and post-delivery support by email, WhatsApp, or phone.Ready to move forward
